Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement under the laws of your country (including Nigeria). You must provide accurate registration information.

2. Account types

• Earner — complete tasks and withdraw earnings after wallet activation.
• Advertiser — fund a wallet and post tasks for earners after activation.

3. Wallet activation fees

• Earner activation: ₦2,000 (one-time).
• Advertiser activation: ₦1,000 (one-time).

Activation is confirmed only after our team verifies your payment proof. Fees are generally non-refundable once activation is approved, except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service.

4. Payments, deposits & withdrawals

• Deposits and activations are processed by manual bank / mobile-money transfer to accounts we publish in-app, then verified by admin.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₦1,000. Withdrawal fee: ₦100 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days, subject to verification.
• You must provide correct bank details. We are not responsible for funds sent to wrong accounts you specified.
• Advertisers use deposits for task budgets; earners withdraw task and referral earnings.

5. Referrals

You earn ₦500 when a user you referred successfully activates their wallet and the activation is approved by admin. Pending or rejected activations do not pay commission. Abuse (fake accounts, self-referrals, fraud) may result in forfeiture and account action.

6. Tasks & advertising

Earners must complete tasks honestly and submit valid proof. Advertisers must only post lawful tasks and fund them adequately. We may reject, remove, or withhold payment for tasks that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, fake receipts, chargeback abuse, or multiple accounts to game rewards
• Harassment, spam, or posting unauthorized links in community chat (where restricted)
• Attempting to access other users’ data or the admin systems without authorization
• Money laundering or any illegal activity

8. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, including withholding pending balances reasonably connected to fraud. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is.” Earnings depend on available tasks, approvals, and your activity. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or specific income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
